Card Codex focuses on transparent English Pokémon TCG pricing tied to sources we can name—primarily TCGPlayer market data aggregated into the numbers you see on card pages, in your collection, and across dashboards.
What the card page shows
- Near Mint raw prices for each tracked variant when data exists.
- Graded price columns where we maintain slab data (for example PSA grades).
- An updated on date near the market section so you know how fresh the snapshot is.
- Where enabled, a 30-day comparison helps you see short-term movement at a glance.
How often prices change
We run regular automated syncs against our pricing pipeline. The exact schedule can vary by maintenance or API conditions, so rely on the “updated on” text on the card itself rather than assuming a fixed clock time. Price alerts compare your thresholds to USD market values after those syncs complete—see the Price alerts article for how email digests behave.
Not financial advice
Prices are informational for collectors. They are not buy or sell recommendations, and real transaction prices can differ based on platform, fees, taxes, and card condition.

Track graded copies, not just prices
Everyone can view graded market columns when we have data. Adding slabbed variants to My Collection is a Pro feature.
